Our Favorite Pizza at Tony P's

Unquestionably it's the Diavola Napoletana with Artisan Pepperoni, Roasted Whole garlic, Fresh Basil, Calabrian peppers, San Marzano tomatoes from Naples & Bufalo Mozzarella from Puglia.

The ingredients of the Diavola match together  to create a synergy of flavor that gives you a perfect taste of authentic Italy. It's not overly filling and is the perfect pizza for summer! The best  way to enjoy this and our other Napoletana pizzas is straight out of our 800 degreee wood-burning oven.   We do not offer it for delivery because it simply is not as good!

The  Caputo 00 (zero zero) flour we use is finely milled and produces a dough that stretches easily without tearing, resulting in a thin, crispy crust that is both tender and satisfyingly crunchy. The low protein content and finely ground nature of 00 flour ensures a light, airy crust with a delightful chew. And our  Caputo 00 flour is made from high-quality wheat, ensuring a clean and pure base for our pizzas. It is easy to digest and contains fewer impurities compared to other flours, making it a healthier option.

Our imported Bufalo Mozzarella is made from the milk Water Buffaloes in the Puglian region of Italy, who spend their days on the lavender and olive oil tree covered hills overlooking the Adriatic sea.  They are the happiest cows on earth and therefore make the best tasting cheese in the world!

Our Italian San Marzano tomatoes hail from the volcanic soil at the base of Mt. Vesuvius and are packed within four hours of harvest.

San Marzano tomatoes are so good for you and  packed with essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A, C, and K, potassium, and folate.
