At Tony P's we know a thing or two about eating healthy

Our Italian relatives knew a thing or two about eating healthy.  And like our Italian ancestors before us, we  prepare our food with with care, and craft each meal in true Italian style, with simple and  fresh ingredients like real Italian San Marzano tomatoes.

Italians are healthy and live long because they eat good for you San Marzanos grown without pesticides or perservatives and are canned in Italy a few hours after harvest.

Our San Marzanos are All Natural, NON GMO, BPA FREE, a true Product of Italy, FSC Certified, Gluten-Free, Vegan, Kosher, and  Halal.

Our San Marzano Tomatoes come from the special San Marzano tomato seed. You may think you can grow a San Marzano anywhere in the world, but part of what makes San Marzano tomatoes so special and unique, is where they are grown - in the Sarnese Nocerino Region outside of Naples in the volcanic soil of Mt. Vesuvius. Rich in nutrients from the volcanic soil and lycopene from the sun and climate, they are sweet, delicate, low in acidity, and contain less seeds than other plum tomatoes.

San Marzano Tomatoes are so good for you!

San Marzano tomatoes are packed with essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A, C, and K, potassium, and folate. These nutrients support overall health, from boosting the immune system to promoting healthy skin and vision.

These tomatoes are an excellent source of antioxidants, particularly lycopene, which has been linked to reduced risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and cancer. Lycopene also helps protect the skin from damage caused by UV rays.

The high levels of potassium and the absence of unhealthy fats make San Marzano tomatoes heart-friendly. Potassium helps regulate blood pressure, reducing the risk of hypertension and cardiovascular diseases.

With their high fiber content, San Marzano tomatoes support a healthy digestive system. Fiber aids in maintaining regular bowel movements and preventing constipation.

San Marzano tomatoes are also low in calories, making them an ideal addition to weight management plans. They provide a satisfying, flavorful option without adding extra pounds.
