Tony P's started over 39 years ago, with a $300 loan from our Uncle Chuck Rossi and a dream to bring an Italian family's style of hospitality to the people of Denver. Over four decades of tinkering, learning, listening, and plenty of trials and tribulations later, Tony P's stands as a truly unique restaurant,  striving to  embody the values that our aunts, uncles, parents and grandparents taught us to live by.  And to practice the true spirit of hospitality by uplifting those around us through service to others, respect for all and the appreciation of authentic ingredients and the  generational recipes that nurture all of our lives.
