At tony P's we make our doughs and breads fresh each and every day
Using only Organic and Italian imported zero zero flour is important because of all the pesticides, fillers, preservatives and additives present in our local non organic flours here in the U.S.

Our breads are taste better because they only contain a few ingredients. Our sourdough only has organic flour, water, and sea salt.
